52 Project: Colour

This week’s theme in the 52 project circle is “colour”.  Expressed in the background or on the pets themselves.

My first thought with this week’s assignment was to head over to downtown L.A. for some more street art photos, but then I remembered this abandoned car dealership which I pass on my way home from work each day.  The whole building is painted white and blue, but the most interesting part of the dealership is the front office door that – over the years – has slowly been tagged with people’s names, sayings and drawings.   So, my photo for this week’s blog post is Xavi sitting next to the door.

Also, since it’s independence day in the States this week I am posting a photo of my pup representing the red, white and blue colors of the American flag.  Hope all those celebrating in the U.S. had a wonderful holiday.

Next, visit Denver Pet Photographer, StinkDog Photos who is the next member of the Beautiful Beasties network for international pet photographers and check out Deanna Hurt’s interpretation on this week’s theme.
