52 Project: Motion

One of Xavi’s favorite past times is catching balls that I throw on the roof.  He sits in anticipation as he watches the ball roll back down and eagerly jumps up to catch it before it hits the ground. We had some rainy weather in Southern California last week and took advantage of the few hours of sunlight – in between storms – to take photos and experience some “roof top ball” fun. For more “motion” theme posts, please check out the next photographer in the 52 Project blog circle – Quad Cities Pet Photographer, Mary Beth Arnold.

Deanna Hurt - That’s awesome! Both the shots and the story behind them. I love the picture of him crushing the ball, it’s cute and the orange color is a nice contrast.
